Under these challenging times, we are blessed to be able to stream, live or recorded, our church services to anyone wanting to enjoy them.
Despite the new demands being made on the internet structure, the system is holding up pretty well.
That being said, disruptions and black screens can occur without warning.
More often than not, this isn't a producer side issue.
For example, users whose Internet connection lacks sufficient
bandwidth may experience stops, lags, or slow buffering of the content. And users lacking compatible hardware or software systems may be unable to stream certain content reliably.
The quality of the interaction between servers and users is based on the workload of the streaming service; as more users attempt to access a service, the more quality is affected unless there is enough bandwidth.
Also make sure your devices have the "sleep" feature turned off.
